How do I add a product to my shelf?

1. Tap the '+' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen

2. Select search products, or scan barcode

3. Type in the name of the product you are looking for, or scan the barcode on the physical product

4. Tap ‘add to shelf’

How do I add a product to my wishlist?

1. Type in the name of the product you are looking for, or scan the barcode on the physical product

2. In the top right corner of the product image, tap the ‘star’ icon

3. To remove the product from your wishlist, tap the star again

How do I share my wishlist with someone?

1. Tap ‘Wishlist’ on SHELF

2. Tap ‘Manage’ in the top left corner

3. The share icon will appear in the bottom left corner, tap this and choose how you want to share your wishlist

How do I buy a product?

1. Type in the name of the product you are looking for, or scan the barcode on the physical product

2. Clicking on any of the supplier logo buttons will take you to their website, where you can purchase the product

Can I buy multiple products at the same time?

1. Yes! Add the product that you want to your basket on your chosen suppliers website eg. Boots.com

2. Tap 'done' to return to SKIN and continue browsing, the product that you added before will be there when you return to the retailer's site

How do I edit my shelf?

1. On SHELF, tap ‘Manage’

2. Tap on the products you want to delete

3. Tap the bin icon in the bottom left and confirm delete

How do I amend my username?

1. Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘settings’ at the bottom of the page

3. Tap ‘edit’ to amend your username

4. Tap ‘save’ to save your new username

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

1. Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘settings’ at the bottom of the page

3. Tap ‘edit’ to amend your email

4. Tap ‘save’ to save your new email

How do I view my notifications?

1. Tap the bell icon in the top right of the screen

2. Product discounts based on the items on your SHELF and wishlist will appear here.

3. Tap the notification to visit the product page or swipe left to delete it.

How do I log out?

1. Tap the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘logout’ at the bottom of the page

How do I delete my account?

1. Tap the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen

2. Tap ‘settings’ at the bottom of the page

3. Tap ‘delete account’

4. Confirm delete

1. Contact us at hello@theskin.app

2. Write in the subject line ‘delete account’

3. Let us know the email address associated with your SKIN account, if it’s not the one you are emailing from.

4. You will receive confirmation by email once we have processed your request.

Deleted accounts cannot be reversed and all data will be removed.
